Prasat Prang Ku was built during the reign of King Jayavarman VII, during the Khmer period of power. It is assumed that it was built to serve as an "Arokaya Court" or health station to treat sick people. In a condition surrounded by a pond. The Ku Subdistrict Cultural Council has built a replica lintel. The width of the real thing was placed on a base in front of the castle for people who came to visit to study and learn. And Prasat Prang Ku is also a place that the Kui community holds in great esteem. If there are activities in the village Or various religious ceremonies will have offerings brought to Prang Ku to be informed. The Kui Ban Ku people have assumed the name of the spirit residing at Prasat Ku as "Pu Phatthasen" and have always used this name in offerings.
